We customize our solutions to the needs of each of our clients. The following describes the process we might follow to arrive at these solutions:

Evaluation – We begin by conducting interviews and assessments to understand the dynamics of the family and the organization.

Conversation – Based on the information gathered from the evaluation phase, we facilitate a series of family and leadership meetings to generate the necessary strategy and benchmarking “conversations” for the family and the organization.

Education – We provide personalized educational workshops and developmental coaching for family members and/or critical organizational actors based upon the needs and interests discussed in the conversations.

Implementation – We provide a series of recommendations that define a “path” for transgenerational entrepreneurship and wealth creation. The recommendations include both the content for the plan and a process for implementing the plan. The implementation support can be as customized and intensive as required by the family.
